About JR Scott Fudge

JR Scott Fudge, Owner & Certified Professional Inspector

JR Scott Fudge is the owner of Raptor Inspections. He has worked in residential construction for over 25 years and has completed an extensive amount of home and commercial inspection education to become an inspector. Prior to beginning his career in the home inspection industry, JR also specialized in residential roofing for a number of years. He became an Alberta government licensed home inspector, which meant being up-to-date with all the strict requirements for licensing in the province. He worked hard and received some amazing feedback on his work as an inspector. 

JR and his family then decided they would move to beautiful Prince Edward Island. JR prides himself in being an honest and straight forward person, and consistently portrays that in his work as an inspector. As a member of InterNachi (International Association of Certified Home Inspectors), continuing his education is important, and he frequently completes additional courses, in order to provide additional services. He is also regularly in contact with trade professionals and insurance companies to ensure he has the most up-to-date information possible.

As a husband and father of three, he knows how important the condition of your home is and how hard it is to save for the purchase of your first home.
