"Oh my goodness , what an amazing and wonderful inspection Raptor completed for us recently. So in depth, going into basement areas we had just briefly looked at and uncovering faults we had missed, and then documenting them with detailed photographs which could not argue the evidence that we should walk away from this disaster zone super quickly. The inspection was so detailed and so involved it took 79 pages of full color printout to detail and highlight all the faults. If you are thinking of buying a house which may have some issues, I fully urge you to get an inspection completed by Raptor as it will save you money in the long term and at the very least allow you to see where money needs to be spent. "What a wonderful experience! I don't say that lightly... I am from Calgary, and am buying my first rural property. The inspector was very knowledgeable, and informative. He looked at things that just never occurred to me to look at. He explained what he saw, and how it effects things overall - paying very close attention to detail. What I needed was a full inspection done to see if there would be any problems moving it down to Victoria. "Junior instilled confidence in our choice of home and home inspector. He is very outspoken and honest when it came to the issues with the home. We received the report within 24 hours and with two of the plumbing issues he discovered, the leaking main water valve and the basement bathroom sink drain leaking, once we forwarded the inspection report to our realtor we received a text message a few hours later stating the seller's have offered to repair the leaks before we take possession. He was very meticulous with the inspection and was very understanding with us as we had several questions for him. Very affordable and he works weekends as our inspection was on Saturday and the report was received early Sunday afternoon.
